The French Grand Prix lasts a couple of laps for Indonesian Racing Team Gresini branded FPS Automation with Jeremy Alcoba and Gabriel Rodrigo both down on lap two and three, respectively, in what was the fifth race of the season at Le Mans.
No injuries found after Alcoba’s highside at turn seven and a lowside at turn eight for Rodrigo, which in itself is the only good news in a weekend that was looking good on paper, especially for Rodrigo. Alcoba’s return to action after the crash leads to very little as the Spaniard was 22nd with a three-lap gap from the winner.
Moto3 proceedings will resume at Mugello in less than two weeks, with the first home event for Gresini Racing.
